How to Make Mini Trifles
  1. Blend 2 cups of fresh strawberries until smooth. Strain the mixture to remove the seeds.
  2. Cut the store-bought angel food cake into small cubes. Slice the remaining strawberries for decoration.
  3. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually mix in the powdered sugar.
  4. Blend the remaining whipped cream with cream cheese, white sugar, and a couple of tablespoons of the strawberry liquid.
  5. Layer the dessert: angel food cake cubes, sliced strawberries, then strawberry cream cheese mixture. Continue layering and finish with whipped cream and blueberries.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
