How to Make Mini Trifles
- Blend 2 cups of fresh strawberries until smooth. Strain the mixture to remove the seeds.
- Cut the store-bought angel food cake into small cubes. Slice the remaining strawberries for decoration.
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually mix in the powdered sugar.
- Blend the remaining whipped cream with cream cheese, white sugar, and a couple of tablespoons of the strawberry liquid.
- Layer the dessert: angel food cake cubes, sliced strawberries, then strawberry cream cheese mixture. Continue layering and finish with whipped cream and blueberries.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
