Cooking Steps
  1. Prepare Peach Salsa (optional): In a bowl, combine diced peaches, Roma tomato, bell pepper, jalapeno, red onion, lime juice, and cilantro.

  3. Prepare Salmon: Pat the salmon filets dry and dredge them in flour, garlic powder, ground ginger, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Sear Salmon: Heat neutral oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear salmon for about 3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
  5. Add Sauce: Pour Firecracker Sauce over the salmon and simmer until the fish reaches your desired doneness (aim for 130°F).
