Method
 

Dough Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, warm milk, instant yeast, sugar, warm water, and salt.
  2. Add the vegetable oil and plain yogurt to the dough. Knead until smooth and elastic.
  3. Let it rise in a warm spot until it doubles in size, about 1 hour.
Filling Preparation
  1. Cook the ground beef with the diced onion over medium heat until the onion is translucent.
  2. Mix in the diced tomatoes, salt, allspice, black pepper, and cinnamon. Cook until heated through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan over medium heat until golden brown.
Final Preparation
  1. Once the dough has risen, divide it into equal portions and roll each piece into about ¼ inch thick flatbread.
  2. Cook the flatbreads on a hot griddle until golden brown on each side, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  3. Top the flatbreads with the beef mixture and sprinkle the toasted pine nuts on top.
