Steps to Make Flourless Chocolate Orange Torte
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan, dusting it with unsweetened cocoa.
  2. Chop the Lindt Excellence Orange Intense and semi-sweet chocolate bars into small pieces.
  3. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chopped chocolate and butter until smooth.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together egg yolks and vanilla extract until creamy.
  5. Gradually pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg yolk mixture, stirring continuously.
  6. In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites until soft peaks form, then add sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form.
  7. Gently fold one-third of the whipped egg whites into the chocolate mixture, then fold in the remaining whites.
  8. Transfer the batter into the prepared springform pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  9. Bake the torte in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, until the edges are set.
