How to Make Frankenstein Cheesecake
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix together the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a small bowl, then press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and green food coloring in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing gently until fully combined.
  5. Pour the batter over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 50-55 minutes until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  7. Cool completely on a wire rack before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
