Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface and evenly distribute the thinly sliced roast beef and shredded cheese, leaving about an inch of space around the edges for rolling.
  3. Carefully roll each tortilla tightly from the bottom up, tucking in the sides as you go to ensure all the filling is secure.
  4. Brush the outside of the rolled tortillas with melted butter. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley evenly over the buttered surface.
  5. Place the roll-ups seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  6. In a saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper. Simmer gently for 5–7 minutes.
  7. Slice the roll-ups into bite-sized pieces and serve warm alongside the au jus for dipping.
