Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface and evenly distribute the thinly sliced roast beef and shredded cheese, leaving about an inch of space around the edges for rolling.
- Carefully roll each tortilla tightly from the bottom up, tucking in the sides as you go to ensure all the filling is secure.
- Brush the outside of the rolled tortillas with melted butter. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley evenly over the buttered surface.
- Place the roll-ups seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- In a saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper. Simmer gently for 5–7 minutes.
- Slice the roll-ups into bite-sized pieces and serve warm alongside the au jus for dipping.
