  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour sifted
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Beat softened butter on medium speed for about 2 minutes until it's light and fluffy.
  2. Add in the sweetened condensed milk and continue to beat for another minute until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt.
  4. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the creamed butter mixture until just combined.
  5. Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes to firm it up.
  6. Roll the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to about 1cm thick.
  7. Preheat your oven to 320°F (160°C) and bake your cookies for 5-8 minutes.
  8. Allow the cookies to rest on the baking sheet for 2-3 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
  9. Optional: Drizzle melted chocolate on top for an extra touch of indulgence.
