  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Sweet Paprika adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper to taste
For Cooking
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or preferred cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter can substitute margarine or dairy-free
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
For Garnishing
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley chopped

How to Make Garlic Butter Chicken Bites
  1. Pat dry boneless chicken breasts and cut into 1-inch bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss chicken pieces with flour, oregano, basil, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  3. Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  4. Add the seasoned chicken in a single layer and cook without moving for 3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Stir in the remaining tablespoon of butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley, cooking for an additional minute until chicken is fully cooked to 165°F.
  6. Plate your garlic butter chicken bites immediately and enjoy with rice, pasta, or a salad.
