Cooking Steps

  2. Brown the Sausage: Add 12 ounces of sliced smoked sausage to the pot. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, until browned and deliciously caramelized.
  3. Sauté the Garlic: Stir in 4 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until it’s aromatic.
  4. Add the Orzo: Toss in 1 cup of orzo pasta, mixing it well with the sausage and garlic.
