- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Prepare a lined baking sheet or greased loaf pan.
- Combine the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, parsley, salt, pepper, and milk in a large bowl. Mix gently until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf form and place it in your prepared pan.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, checking the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
- Melt unsalted butter in a saucepan, sauté garlic, then stir in Parmesan and parsley until the mixture thickens into a glaze.
- Brush the garlic Parmesan glaze over the meatloaf. Return it to the oven for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
- Rest the meatloaf for 5 minutes before slicing.
