- Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 190°C (375°F) and prepare a lined baking sheet or greased loaf pan.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, parsley, salt, pepper, and milk. Stir gently until mixed.
- Shape Loaf: Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it on the prepared baking sheet or in the loaf pan.
- Bake: Let it bake for 40-45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F) and the top is browned.
- Prepare Glaze: Melt unsalted butter in a saucepan over medium heat, add minced garlic, sauté until fragrant, then mix in additional Parmesan and parsley.
- Glaze and Finish: Brush the garlic glaze over the meatloaf and return it to the oven for an extra 5-7 minutes.
- Rest & Serve: Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes, slice, and garnish with extra parsley before serving.
