Making the Balls
- Crush Oreos in a food processor or ziplock bag until fine crumbs.
- Mix crushed Oreos and softened cream cheese in a large bowl until thick and well-blended.
- Chill the mixture for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Melt green candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Scoop and roll chilled mixture into balls, then dip in the melted green coating.
- Place on parchment paper and sprinkle with red sprinkles before coating hardens.
