- Prepare Ingredients: Dice the onion and bell pepper into 1/2-inch pieces, and mince the garlic.
- Heat Oil: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and warm for a minute.
- Brown Beef: Add ground beef to the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until browned.
