For Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Sea salt or kosher salt recommended.

Cooking Instructions

  2. Season the scallops generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  3. Arrange the scallops on a baking dish, spaced evenly for proper cooking.
  4. Mix ghee or olive oil with lemon juice in a small bowl, brush over the scallops.
  5. Broil the scallops for 5-6 minutes until tops are golden-brown.
  6. Flip the scallops carefully, then broil for another 5-6 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and a squeeze of lemon before serving.
