- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the peaches in half and remove their pits. Arrange the halved peaches cut-side up in a baking dish.
- Drizzle honey over each peach half and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
- Dot the peaches with butter or coconut oil.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and tender.
- Cool briefly before serving and enjoy them warm.
