How to Make HEART CHURROS
  1. In a saucepan, add water, butter, and sugar over medium heat. Stir until the butter melts completely, creating a sweet, aromatic base.
  2. Add in the flour and stir vigorously until a dough forms. It should be smooth, pulling away from the sides of the pan.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and allow the dough to cool slightly. This will prevent the egg from cooking when added next.
