- In a large bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, granulated sugar, and salt until well combined.
- Gradually stir in the milk and eggs, mixing until you achieve a smooth batter.
- Gently fold in the chopped fresh strawberries.
- In a deep pot, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil, frying 3-4 at a time for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
