For Frying

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, granulated sugar, and salt until well combined.
  2. Gradually stir in the milk and eggs, mixing until you achieve a smooth batter.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped fresh strawberries.
  4. In a deep pot, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Carefully drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil, frying 3-4 at a time for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the donut holes to paper towels to drain excess oil and roll them in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
