- In a bowl, combine low sodium soy sauce, honey, sriracha, minced garlic, and water. Whisk until well blended.
- Gently place the salmon filets in the marinade and let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Chop the avocado, slice the cucumber, and cook the edamame while the salmon is marinating.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the salmon filets for about 4-6 minutes on each side.
- Assemble the bowls with a scoop of cooked rice, topped with salmon, avocado, cucumber, edamame, and sriracha mayo.
