  • 5 jumbo marshmallows perfectly toasted
  • 1/2 cup sugar for syrup
  • 1/2 cup water to dissolve sugar
For the Cocktail
  • 1 1/2 oz espresso freshly brewed
  • 1 1/2 oz marshmallow vodka or whipped cream vodka
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur
  • 1/2 oz toasted marshmallow syrup
For Garnish
  • jumbo marshmallows for garnish

How to Make Toasted Marshmallow Espresso Martini
  1. Combine 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until dissolved, then add the jumbo marshmallows, stirring until they are beautifully toasted and the mixture thickens.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine 1 1/2 oz freshly brewed espresso, 1 1/2 oz marshmallow vodka, 1 oz coffee liqueur, and 1/2 oz of your homemade toasted marshmallow syrup.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
  5. Top off your cocktail with a few jumbo marshmallows and optionally char them lightly with a kitchen torch.
