How to Make Toasted Marshmallow Espresso Martini
- Combine 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until dissolved, then add the jumbo marshmallows, stirring until they are beautifully toasted and the mixture thickens.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 1 1/2 oz freshly brewed espresso, 1 1/2 oz marshmallow vodka, 1 oz coffee liqueur, and 1/2 oz of your homemade toasted marshmallow syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
- Top off your cocktail with a few jumbo marshmallows and optionally char them lightly with a kitchen torch.
