Preparation Steps
- Preheat the broiler on low.
- Score the tops of each fig with an 'X', approximately ½ inch deep.
- Stuff each fig with a small chunk of bleu cheese.
- Wrap each fig with a piece of prosciutto and season with white pepper.
- Place figs in an ovenproof dish and broil for 3-5 minutes.
- Remove figs from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Drizzle honey over the figs and sprinkle with almonds.
