Steps to Prepare
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

- Thaw and separate the kunafa dough. Drizzle in melted butter and mix until coated.

- Spray a baking tray with cooking spray and firmly press half of the buttered kunafa into the tray.

- Bake for 20-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Allow it to cool slightly.

- Whip Puck Whipping Cream with sugar until soft peaks form. Fold in Puck Thick Cream and orange blossom water, then chill for at least 1 hour.

- Prepare syrup by boiling together sugar, water, and lemon juice for about 15 minutes. Stir in orange blossom water after cooling.

- Assemble by layering chilled cream between two discs of baked kunafa. Drizzle with syrup and garnish with pistachios and orange blossoms, optionally topping with rose petals.
