Method
 

Instructions
  1. Begin by toasting 2 slices of your favorite bread until golden brown and crispy.
  2. Cut the avocado in half and carefully remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  3. Using a fork, mash the avocado until smooth but slightly chunky. Mix in lime juice and sambal oelek.
  4. Spread the creamy avocado mixture evenly onto each slice of toasted bread.
  5. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the avocado to taste.
  6. Top your toast with both pumpkin and sunflower seeds for extra crunch.
  7. Crumble feta cheese generously over the toast.
  8. Drizzle balsamic glaze over each toast.
