Preparation Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayo, sriracha, honey, lime juice, rice vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Stir until smooth and creamy, with a wonderful blend of flavors.
- In another bowl, mix chicken chunks with paprika, onion powder, black pepper, soy sauce, and olive oil. Toss well to ensure each piece is coated evenly with the spices.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the seasoned chicken. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is fully cooked and reaches a golden-brown color.
- Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the heat and pour in 1/4 cup of Bang Bang Sauce. Gently toss the chicken until every piece is nicely glazed and coated in that irresistible sauce.
- Place the saucy chicken over a bed of white rice. For added flavor and crunch, garnish with red cabbage, green onions, shredded carrots, and fresh cucumbers.
