Preparation

  5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients gradually, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chopped maraschino cherries and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
  9. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
  10. Garnish your cookies with additional chopped maraschino cherries and chocolate chips.
