How to Make Buffalo Chicken Dip
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine cream cheese, sour cream, buffalo sauce, and garlic powder in a medium mixing bowl. Blend until fluffy and well combined.
- Fold in the cooked shredded chicken, ½ cup of cheddar cheese, ½ cup of mozzarella cheese, and sliced green onions.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Optionally, broil for 1 minute for a golden top.
- Cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with extra sliced green onions before serving, if desired.
