  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 3/4 cup Buffalo Sauce mild for less heat
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 cups Cooked Shredded Chicken can use rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese plus more for topping
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese plus more for topping
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions sliced
For Serving
  • 1 bag Tortilla Chips for scooping
  • 2 cups Fresh Vegetables variety of crunchy vegetables
  • 1 box Crackers for serving

Method
 

How to Make Buffalo Chicken Dip
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, buffalo sauce, and garlic powder in a medium mixing bowl. Blend until fluffy and well combined.
  3. Fold in the cooked shredded chicken, ½ cup of cheddar cheese, ½ cup of mozzarella cheese, and sliced green onions.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Top with the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Optionally, broil for 1 minute for a golden top.
  7. Cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Garnish with extra sliced green onions before serving, if desired.
