How to Make Chicken with Buttered Noodles
- Start by gathering and finely chopping your garlic and any vegetables you'd like to include, such as bell peppers or broccoli.
- Heat your skillet over medium heat, then melt the butter. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper before placing them in the skillet. Sear for about 5 minutes on each side until they are beautifully golden brown.
- Once the chicken is cooked, sauté the minced garlic in the same skillet for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Then pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Add the egg noodles directly to the skillet, making sure they’re submerged in the broth. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the noodles are al dente, stirring occasionally.
- Remove the skillet from the heat. Stir in any remaining butter until melted, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
