How to Make Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
  2. Combine the ripe mashed bananas, light brown sugar, granulated sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Mix until everything is well combined and smooth.
  3. Stir in the Greek yogurt, blending until the mixture is silky and free of lumps.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Stir gently until just combined.
  6. Fold in the mini chocolate chips with care.
  7. Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan and sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top.
  8. Bake in the oven for 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Cool the bread in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
