How to Make Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
- Combine the ripe mashed bananas, light brown sugar, granulated sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Mix until everything is well combined and smooth.
- Stir in the Greek yogurt, blending until the mixture is silky and free of lumps.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Stir gently until just combined.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips with care.
- Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan and sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top.
- Bake in the oven for 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
