Preparation
- Spray the baking dish with cooking spray.
- Melt the butter and peanut butter together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring gently for about 3-5 minutes.
- Stir in the pure vanilla extract and a pinch of Kosher salt until fully combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until melted, about 2 minutes.
- Add the mini rainbow marshmallows and gently fold them in until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Cool the Confetti Squares at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cutting.
