Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Layer 8 sheets of phyllo dough in the dish, brushing each layer generously with melted butter.
- Mix together semolina, eggs, sugar, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl until smooth. Pour the filling over the phyllo base.
- Top with a final layer of phyllo, brushing with butter, and lightly score the top with a knife.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and set.
- Cool for 10 minutes, then drizzle with honey and sprinkle with sesame seeds before slicing and serving.
