Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine ingredients in a large bowl: crack the egg, pour in the milk, and add Worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, minced onion, and ground beef. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf. Place it in a baking dish.
  4. Prepare the glaze by mixing ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and yellow mustard in a small bowl. Spread the glaze generously over the meatloaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
