- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine ingredients in a large bowl: crack the egg, pour in the milk, and add Worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, minced onion, and ground beef. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf. Place it in a baking dish.
- Prepare the glaze by mixing ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and yellow mustard in a small bowl. Spread the glaze generously over the meatloaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Rest the meatloaf for 10 minutes before slicing.
