- Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F, ensuring it’s hot for the chicken to bake evenly.
- Bake the Chicken: Marinate the organic chicken breast with the homemade jerk seasoning, then bake for 30-40 minutes until fully cooked and juices run clear. Let it rest for a few minutes before shredding.
- Roast the Bell Peppers: On a separate baking sheet, toss sliced baby bell peppers with olive oil and your selected spices. Roast for 25-30 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.
- Prepare the Pizza Crust: In a mixer, combine warm water, raw honey, extra virgin olive oil, and rapid-rise yeast. Allow it to sit for 5 minutes until foamy. Gradually add the organic flour and dry ingredients, kneading until smooth, about 5 minutes. Shape the dough into a large circle and transfer it to a greased pizza pan.
