Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and kosher salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Blend gradually the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fold in the mini chocolate chips gently.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
