Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the Crust: Pulse the digestive biscuits or graham crackers in a food processor until finely ground. Combine the crumbs with melted butter, sugar, and salt.
  2. Shape the Crust: Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan, then chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Make the Filling: Beat mascarpone cheese and Nutella together until smooth, then fold in whipped heavy cream and vanilla extract.
  4. Assemble the Tart: Pour the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the surface.
  5. Chill Again: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Top with hazelnuts, chocolate shavings, and fresh berries before serving chilled.
