Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - Mix the crust ingredients by combining 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, 1 cup powdered sugar, and 1 cup unsalted butter in a bowl.
 - Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking dish to form a solid crust.
 - Bake the crust for about 15-20 minutes or until it’s lightly golden.
 - Blend the filling by mixing 1 cup unsalted butter, 2 cups cream cheese, and 1 cup powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
 - Incorporate 4 large eggs and 2 large egg yolks, adding each one individually.
 - Stir in 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste, 1 tablespoon orange zest, and 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.
 - Pour the creamy filling over the baked crust, spreading it evenly.
 - Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the filling is set but still has a slight jiggle in the center.
 - Cool the bars completely in the pan before slicing into squares to serve.
