  • 6 buns Slider Buns soft, pillowy buns
  • 12 oz Corned Beef thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Sauerkraut drained and squeezed dry
  • 6 slices Swiss Cheese or Jarlsberg as a substitute
For the Toppings
  • 1/2 cup Russian Dressing or mix of thousand island and horseradish
  • 2 tbsp Butter for brushing tops of sliders
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard enhances the butter mixture
  • 2 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning for added flavor and crunch

Method
 

How to Make Reuben Sliders
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking dish with cooking spray or parchment paper.
  2. Slice the slider buns horizontally, keeping them attached to form a sandwich structure.
  3. Lay the bottom halves in the dish and spread a layer of Russian dressing on each half.
  4. Layer corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese evenly over the dressing.
  5. Press the top half of the buns back on gently to keep fillings snug.
  6. Melt butter and mix with Dijon mustard and Everything Bagel Seasoning; brush this over the tops of the sliders.
  7. Bake for approximately 20 minutes until heated through and tops are golden brown.
  8. Cut sliders apart and serve warm.
