How to Make Reuben Sliders
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking dish with cooking spray or parchment paper.
- Slice the slider buns horizontally, keeping them attached to form a sandwich structure.
- Lay the bottom halves in the dish and spread a layer of Russian dressing on each half.
- Layer corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese evenly over the dressing.
- Press the top half of the buns back on gently to keep fillings snug.
- Melt butter and mix with Dijon mustard and Everything Bagel Seasoning; brush this over the tops of the sliders.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes until heated through and tops are golden brown.
- Cut sliders apart and serve warm.
