Method
 

Preparation

  4. Gradually add the dry mixture into the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into prepared pans and bake for 28–35 minutes, checking for doneness with a skewer.
  6. Allow the cakes to cool in the pans for about 10 minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.
