  • 3 cups Shredded Chicken Rotisserie chicken works
  • 3/4 cup Frank’s Hot Buffalo Sauce Use your favorite hot sauce if preferred
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing Can substitute with blue cheese dressing
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust according to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper Freshly ground is recommended
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh garlic can be used
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Chili powder can be used for a spicier kick
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese Cheddar or Monterey Jack
  • 2 tablespoons Butter Melted for brushing
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning Adjust to taste

Method
 

How to Make Spicy Buffalo Chicken Sliders
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a 9x9 baking sheet or casserole dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Frank’s hot buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Place the bottoms of the slider buns on the lined baking sheet. Evenly distribute the spicy chicken mixture across the buns.
  4. Top the chicken filling with shredded cheese and place the top buns on. Press down gently.
  5. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Brush this mixture on top of the buns.
  6. Cover the baking sheet with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 5-10 minutes until the tops are lightly golden and the cheese is melted.
  8. Cut the sliders to your desired size and serve hot.
