How to Make Strawberry Kiss Cookies
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the Funfetti sugar cookie mix, softened cream cheese, and egg in a large mixing bowl.
- Chill the dough if it's sticky by placing it in the refrigerator for 30–60 minutes.
- Scoop approximately 1½ tablespoons of dough and roll it into a ball. Coat each ball in sanding sugar.
- Arrange the cookie balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 1½ inches of space between each one.
- Bake for 8–12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers remain slightly soft.
- Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for 3–5 minutes. Then, gently press a Hershey's Kiss into the center of each cookie.
