How to Make Strawberry Kiss Cookies
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the Funfetti sugar cookie mix, softened cream cheese, and egg in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Chill the dough if it's sticky by placing it in the refrigerator for 30–60 minutes.
  4. Scoop approximately 1½ tablespoons of dough and roll it into a ball. Coat each ball in sanding sugar.
  5. Arrange the cookie balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 1½ inches of space between each one.
  6. Bake for 8–12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers remain slightly soft.
  7. Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for 3–5 minutes. Then, gently press a Hershey's Kiss into the center of each cookie.
