How to Make Stuffed Cabbage Rolls
- Prep the Cabbage: Blanch the cabbage leaves in boiling water for about 2-3 minutes until tender.
- Sauté Aromatics: Heat oil in a skillet and sauté chopped onions and garlic until fragrant, about 5 minutes.
- Mix the Filling: Combine cooked rice, sautéed onions, bell peppers, zucchini, spinach, vegetable broth, spices, and cheese in a bowl.
- Stuff the Rolls: Lay a cabbage leaf flat, place a scoop of filling at the base, and roll tightly.
- Arrange in Pot: Place the stuffed cabbage rolls seam-side down in the Instant Pot.
- Cook: Pour vegetable broth over the rolls, seal the Instant Pot, and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Serve: Carefully remove the rolls and drizzle with vegetable broth or sprinkle with fresh herbs.
