Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare your loaf pan or line a baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup.
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Set aside to drain, then sauté the mushrooms in the same fat until browned, about 4-5 minutes.
  3. Combine ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix gently until just combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf on the prepared pan, pressing Swiss cheese cubes into the center and topping with bacon and mushrooms.
  5. Bake the meatloaf for 45-55 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  6. Serve drizzled with pan juices and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
