For the Pasta Base
  • 1 pound Bow Tie Pasta cooked in salted water and cooled
  • ½-¾ cup Salami diced
  • ½-¾ cup Pepperoni diced
  • ½-¾ cup Ham diced
For the Cheeses
  • 8 oz Fresh Mozzarella Pearls drained
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
For the Vegetables
  • ¼ cup Red Onion diced
  • ½ cup Banana Peppers sliced
For the Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 ¼ cups Mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • Pepper and Salt to taste

Method
 

Steps
  1. Cook the bow tie pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and let it cool completely.
  2. Dice the salami, pepperoni, and ham into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Drain the fresh mozzarella pearls from their liquid.
  4. Dice the red onion and slice the banana peppers.
  5. Combine the cooled pasta with the salami, pepperoni, ham, mozzarella, red onion, and banana peppers in a large mixing bowl.
  6. Mix the dressing by whisking together the olive oil, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  7. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and stir until everything is well coated.
