  • 4 oz Cream Cheese may use Greek yogurt

  • 2 medium Jalapenos adjust based on heat preference
  • 1 cup Chopped Pecans use walnuts or omit for nut-free
For Seasoning

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, add the creamy cheddar cheese, pimento cheese, cream cheese, chopped jalapenos, and crispy bacon.
  2. Use a spatula to mix everything until well incorporated, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Scoop approximately 1 inch of the cheese mixture and roll into balls.
  4. Roll each cheese ball in the chopped pecans to coat.
  5. Place the cheese balls on a tray and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  6. Serve with pretzel sticks, crackers, or fresh veggies.
