Preparation
  1. Soak Breadcrumbs: Start by mixing fresh breadcrumbs with milk in a small bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Prepare Meatball Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, soaked breadcrumb mix, chopped parsley, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Form Meatballs: Use a ¼ cup measuring cup to form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a prepared baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Cook on Stovetop: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides and cover to cook for about 15 minutes.
  2. Alternative Cooking Method: Transfer browned meatballs into a pot of warm marinara sauce and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
  3. Bake Option: Preheat oven to 425°F, bake meatballs for 10 minutes, turn over and bake for another 10-12 minutes.
