Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to broil.
  2. Combine ground turkey, egg, salt, pepper, garlic, and parsley in a large mixing bowl. Mix until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs about the size of a quarter.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs in batches, cooking them until browned and fully cooked.
  5. Remove the cooked meatballs and reduce the skillet heat to low. Drain excess grease, then add heavy cream, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Simmer gently, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
  7. Return the meatballs to the skillet, gently mixing to coat them in the creamy sauce.
  8. Transfer the skillet to the oven, broiling until the tops are golden and bubbly.
