- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Coat halved baby potatoes in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread them evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast the potatoes for 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper. After 20 minutes, add to the baking sheet and roast for an additional 15-20 minutes.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat; sauté garlic until fragrant. Add fresh lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Cook salmon fillets skin-side down for 4-5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Plate the salmon with potatoes and broccoli. Drizzle with lemon butter sauce and garnish with lemon slices and parsley.
