Ingredients
  

For the Salmon
  • 4 fillets Salmon rich in Omega-3s
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter for garlic sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
For the Veggies
  • 4 cups Potatoes cut into wedges
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil for roasting
For Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 whole Lemon sliced

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
  2. Arrange the salmon fillets on a baking sheet.
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add the minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  4. Drizzle the melted butter mixture over the salmon fillets.
  5. Cut the potatoes into wedges and place them around the salmon.
  6. Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the salmon and potatoes.
  7. Slice the second lemon and arrange the slices on top of the salmon.
  8. Roast in the oven for about 20 minutes.
  9. Add the broccoli florets to the baking sheet during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
