- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Arrange the salmon fillets on a baking sheet.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add the minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Drizzle the melted butter mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Cut the potatoes into wedges and place them around the salmon.
- Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the salmon and potatoes.
- Slice the second lemon and arrange the slices on top of the salmon.
- Roast in the oven for about 20 minutes.
- Add the broccoli florets to the baking sheet during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
