Ingredients

For the Corn
  • 4 cobs Sweet Corn Kernels Use fresh corn on the cob for best flavor; can be substituted with frozen corn in a pinch.
  • 4 tablespoons Melted Butter Olive oil can be used for a dairy-free alternative.
For the Sauce
  • 1 cup Sour Cream Greek yogurt can be used as a healthier alternative.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt or Garlic Powder Fresh minced garlic is a good substitute if preferred.
For the Toppings
  • 1 cup Crumbled Cotija Cheese Feta cheese can be swapped for a similar flavor.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro Feel free to omit if you’re not a fan of cilantro.
  • 1 teaspoon Chipotle Chili Powder Regular chili powder can be used for milder heat.
  • 1 unit Lime Lemon can be used as an alternative in a pinch.
