- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
- Combine dried minced onions, sea salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce with the beef; stir well.
- Mix in low sodium beef broth, sour cream, and frozen mixed vegetables until well combined.
- Layer half of the grated cheese in the bottom of a baking dish; pour the beef mixture over it and top with remaining cheese.
- Arrange the tater tots on top of the cheese layer, covering the dish completely.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until the tater tots are golden brown.
