  • 2 packages cream cheese 8 ounces each
  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 box lime gelatin mix 3 ounce
  • 3 limes zested
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice from 1 lime

  • 8 crushed graham crackers
  • 2 tablespoons pastel nonpareils
  • 6 pieces strawberry yogurt covered raisins
  • 2 cups shredded sweetened coconut

Preparation Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese and unsalted butter together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in the lime gelatin mix, ensuring it’s evenly distributed within the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Fold in the zested lime and the freshly juiced lime until well combined.
  4. If you prefer a bit of crunch, gently fold in the crushed graham crackers.
  5. Transfer the cheese mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap and shape it into a ball. Tightly wrap and refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
  6. Once chilled, remove the cheese ball from the wrap and place it on a serving platter.
  7. Use the shredded coconut to cover the entire surface, creating a fluffy bunny fur effect.
  8. For a whimsical touch, adorn the cheese ball with pastel nonpareils and arrange the strawberry yogurt-covered raisins on one side.
