- Fold in the zested lime and the freshly juiced lime until well combined.

- Transfer the cheese mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap and shape it into a ball. Tightly wrap and refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
- Once chilled, remove the cheese ball from the wrap and place it on a serving platter.
- Use the shredded coconut to cover the entire surface, creating a fluffy bunny fur effect.
