- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly spray a 9x5 loaf pan with cooking spray or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, Lipton onion soup mix, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to your prepared loaf pan or shape it into a loaf on the baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, stir together the ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard until smooth. Spread this glaze over the meatloaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 1 hour, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Allow the meatloaf to rest for 5–8 minutes after removing it from the oven.
